The frequency of use depends on what you’re experiencing. A good starting point is to use your Ublock daily. Some individuals may start off only tolerating 30 seconds or a minute. The goal is to build up to 3 or 5 minutes with the prolonged stretch in each position. There are a total of 7 positions to start with as well the boxed 4 count breathing, inhalation through the nose that is explained in your included Guidebook, which is essential.

This will be based on what you are experiencing. Typically one could start noticing relief within a few days provided they follow protocol and take breaks from strenuous activities. Users of this exercise block could further their progress if they are also working with a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor or and the like.

People that have vertigo/balance issues should avoid any standing and, if cleared with their doctor, should only use The Ublock in a seated position if their Medical Doctor approves use of it. Individuals with Neuropathy, diabetes, wounds or sores on the feet are not recommended to use it. Always consult with your doctor, physical therapist, etc. before starting any exercise program.
