Relieve Pain. Restore Your Body. Move Freely.

The Ublock® releases the tension that keeps chronic pain lingering — feet, back, knees, hips, wherever it holds you back — so you can move with confidence again.

Introducing the Ublock

Click to hear Heather shares more about The Ublock, how it came to be and how it can help you.

The Ublock® is a holistic, ergonomically designed tool that helps release built-up tension, reduce discomfort, and restore balance in the body — wherever you carry it.

By applying targeted pressure, it works with your body—not against it—to support long-term mobility and overall well-being.

Gently release built-up tension that contributes to chronic pain, helping your body feel more supported and at ease throughout the day.

Encourage proper alignment by addressing underlying tension, allowing your body to move and function the way it was designed to.

Apply focused pressure to areas of restriction, helping to release deep muscle tension that stretching alone often can’t reach.

How The Ublock Works

About Heather

A smiling woman with dark brown hair in a grey, textured dress, wearing silver jewelry, standing outdoors with arms crossed.

Heather Walsh is a licensed physical therapist assistant, certified yoga teacher, and certified holistic health coach who has spent years helping people release chronic tension, restriction, and scar tissue throughout the body — from fascia and joints to posture and the nervous system.

After seeing how many people cycled through expensive, invasive treatments without addressing the underlying restriction, she developed The Ublock® as a structured, accessible tool people could use in the comfort of their own home — no appointment required.

Heather's approach draws on her own journey, too: after navigating C-sections and years of chronic tension herself, she built techniques to reconnect the body and restore function, which now shape how she teaches others to use The Ublock®.

You don’t have to keep cycling through temporary fixes!

  • "My foot pain had been constant for 6 months with no relief. I purchased the Ublock and was able to play in a weekend pickleball tournament 3 days in a row with minimal pain. I couldn’t believe it."

    — Bethany, Pickleball Player

  • "After more than a year of pain and unsuccessful treatments, a month down the line using the Ublock, I was running at full speed, completely pain-free. Zero pain."

    — Theresa, Runner
