At PT4 the SOUL, LLC, we help people find lasting relief through holistic, whole-body healing. Led by Holistic Health Coach Heather Walsh, our work focuses on chronic pain, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and personalized wellness support.

Our approach centers around the Unique Release Method™, a form of myofascial release that targets scar tissue, muscle tension, and restricted movement. By combining breathwork with sustained pressure using your own body weight, it creates simple, effective relief that lasts. This work is enhanced by the Ublock, a custom tool designed to access deeper areas of tension and support conditions like plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and more.

We also guide clients in rebalancing the nervous system—because healing can only happen when the body feels safe. By shifting out of chronic stress and into a regulated state, we help improve pain, sleep, and overall well-being.

With over 20 years of experience, Heather blends physical therapy foundations with movement, breathwork, and neuroscience-informed practices to support long-term healing.

About Heather

Heather Walsh is a holistic health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience and a background in physical therapy. Her journey began through personal hardship as she sought answers for her children’s complex health issues. Through determination and collaboration with integrative physicians, she created healing approaches that transformed her family’s health.

Her son’s recovery from 17 months of neurological illness inspired her to study neuroscience and neuroanatomy, focusing on how physical, mental, and emotional exercises can restore the nervous system. Today, Heather helps clients overcome chronic pain, anxiety, stress, and nervous system dysregulation using a combination of science-based techniques and holistic practices.
