At PT4 the SOUL, LLC, we help people find lasting relief through holistic, whole-body healing. Led by Holistic Health Coach Heather Walsh, our practice focuses on chronic pain, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and personalized wellness support. We believe that true healing happens when the body and mind are cared for together.

Heather’s passion for this work began with her own family’s health challenges. Her children faced dyslexia, severe digestive issues, food sensitivities, long-term COVID complications, and hidden neurological Lyme disease. After years of research and working with integrative doctors, Heather developed protocols that restored her son’s vision, hearing, and overall quality of life. This experience inspired her to study the nervous system deeply and understand how it can be rebalanced and healed.

With more than 20 years of experience in holistic health and wellness. Her approach blends physical therapy foundations with neuroscience-informed practices, breathwork, movement, and emotional wellness techniques. At PT4 the SOUL, clients receive personalized support designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance.

Located in West Michigan, we serve clients both in person and online.

Heather Walsh is a holistic health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience and a background in physical therapy. Her journey began through personal hardship as she sought answers for her children’s complex health issues. Through determination and collaboration with integrative physicians, she created healing approaches that transformed her family’s health.

Her son’s recovery from 17 months of neurological illness inspired her to study neuroscience and neuroanatomy, focusing on how physical, mental, and emotional exercises can restore the nervous system. Today, Heather helps clients overcome chronic pain, anxiety, stress, and nervous system dysregulation using a combination of science-based techniques and holistic practices.
